Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the grounds of the Rios-Lovell Estate Winery in Livermore, CA. The ceremony will be held outdoors while the reception will take place in the event hall just a few feet away. The ceremony will begin at 6pm.

Is the ceremony religious?

Not particularly.

What is the formality?

The bridal party will be dressed pretty formally - what with the whole dress and tux deal, but as our guests you're not required to wear a tux but we'd love to see you dressed fashionably fabulous.

Can we bring extra guests that were not named on the invitation?

The happy couple are excited to have all of you, our guests, come and show your love and support on such a very important day however, due to space constraints, we ask that only those invited attend so we can seat everyone comfortably. The RSVP card will show you how many spaces are reserved for your party. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact loriannac@gmail.com

How long is the reception?

The reception will begin around 7pm and last until 11:30pm.

Will a buffet or sit down dinner be served?

Dinner will be seated. When you arrive, you will be able to select your table assignment from the board.

I'm a vegetarian.
Will there be something that I can eat?

There will be a vegetarian meal option, you're RSVP card will have the menu options listed for you to select from. If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact loriannac@gmail.com

Will alcohol be served?

The event itself will be at a winery, so the standard wines plus champagne will be served during the cocktail hour, dinner and up to 11:00pm. There will also be nonalcoholic beverages available. We will have water available during the ceremony in bottles for your enjoyment.

Will there be dancing?

We certainly hope so. Please don't make us beg.

Are hotel rooms blocked off?

The bride and groom have blocked off rooms at the Residence Marriott as well as the Doubletree Hotel.

Do you really want us to wear bells?

You don't have to, but you won't be turned away from the door if you do - however, be prepared to turn over any bells to our resident bell ringer and flower girl at her discretion.

Can I bring my digital camera?
Do you have a place for guest to upload pictures?

Please, by all means, bring your cameras!
We'd love as much photographic evidence of the event as humanally possible. We have a flickr.com account that we will provide upload information for to transfer photos to us directly.
